Jeannine M. Harvey 1932-2009
Jeannine passed away at home Tuesday, April 21, 2009. She was born in Chanute, Kan., April 5, 1932. She was a resident of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., for more than 40 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Julian F. Carlos and Mabel M. Carlos; and two brothers, Robert M. Carlos and Paul F. Carlos. She also was predeceased by her first husband, Ralph O. Harvey, who was killed in an aircraft accident while flying from Eglin AFB in 1957.
She was married in 1967 to S. Murton Guild Jr. and they later were divorced.
She is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Juliana “Julie”and Tony Dye; and brother and sister-in-law, George Bernard and Norma Carlos. For much of her life, Jeannine was closedly involved with the U.S. Air Force, working in various administrative positions, not only at Eglin AFB and at Rabat, Morocco, North Africa. She also lived near Wright-Patterson AFB, Patrick AFB and Kirtland AFB.
Those who knew her will miss her wit, charm and glamour.
