Jeannine Guerette, 84, of West Hartford, died on Sunday, September 1, 2013. Born in Edmunston, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of the late Alfred and Edmay (Picard) Guerrette, Jeannine was a long time resident of West Hartford. Jeannine worked for many years as a registered nurse at the Institute of Living, Hartford, and continued as a volunteer there, upon her retirement. Jeannine also volunteered at The Bushnell and was involved in fundraising for the Grace Webb School. She was active with the International Women’s Circle and was a Master Gardener. Jeannine was loved and will be dearly missed by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Besides her parents, she is pre-deceased by three brothers, Joseph, Raymond, and Aris Guerrette; and two sisters Theresa Todzia and Alice Voisine. She was also pre-deceased by her longtime and dear friend Bill Sheehan.
