Woonsocket — Jeannine A. (Leduc) Bergeron 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2021 in Hope Health in Providence with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Robert L. Bergeron.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Ernest and Corona (Roy) Leduc.
Jeannie worked as an Assembler for Miller Electric and for the Woonsocket Schools in their Lunch Program at Leo Savoie School prior to retiring.
She enjoyed camping, bowling, cooking, gardening, and traveling to Aruba at least twice a year. She also volunteered for Meals on Wheels.
Besides her beloved husband Robert, she is survived by one daughter, Suzanne Bessette and her husband Dennis of Woonsocket. One brother, Robert Leduc of Woonsocket. Two grandchildren, Aaron Bergeron and Naomi Ubri-Lara. Eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
