Jeannette R. Guilbert 89, of Greene St. died Friday at Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Leo A Dufresne and Eugene L. Guilbert. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Leonie (Delorme) LaBreche. Jeannette worked for the US Rubber Company for many years. She worked at McCarthy’s Department Store in the shoe department and retired from Stop and Shop Supermarkets in North Smithfield. She was an active member and volunteer at All Saints and St. Ann’s Parishes. Jeannette was a member of the Golden Hearts Club and an avid bingo player.
She is survived by a son, Leo Dufresne of Woonsocket; three daughters, Denise Martin of Webster, MA, Helene Levesque of Mims, FL, and Michelle DeLisle of Woonsocket; twenty grandchildren and thirty two great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Lomer Dufresne, a daughter Diane Keith, a granddaughter Jessica, and eight siblings, Doria, Lomer, Gustave, Claude LaBreche, and Roger LaBreche, Alfreda Peloquin, and Sr. Doris LaBreche RJM and Sr. Claire LaBreche RJM.
