Jeanette (Jeannie) Ann Bickmore, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away December 20th peacefully at her home in Corinne, UT after a difficult struggle with pneumonia and other health issues. She was born February 9th 1943 in Toledo, OH to Reva Gilbert and Alphonse Stanley Idzkowski.
Jeannie attended Corinne Elementary and graduated from Box Elder High School in Brigham City, UT in 1961. She married Timothy Bickmore April 8, 1966 and they recently celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage. After leaving Toledo, OH, she also enjoined life living in Corinne, UT, and La Mesa, California. Returning in 1976, from California to Corrine, where she and Tim raised daughter Natalie and sons Bryant and Tyson.
Jeannie had variety of jobs throughout her life. She worked for her Uncle, Dr. Arnold Gilbert at Brigham Apparel, American Greetings and was a cook at Corinne Elementary. Her favorite job was at Willard Bay Gardens, in Willard, UT where she enjoyed doing what she liked most, gardening and meeting new people. She took classes to become a master gardener. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren; Zane, ShaLeigh, Garrett, BrynnLeigh, AdriElle, Sofia and Mia Bella. Jeannie also loved watching her kids play sports or whatever else they might be doing. She was an avid fan of NASCAR, especially #48 Jimmie Johnson.
During her life, Jeannie touched many people and had a great influence on the lives of many. She will be remembered for her kindness, gentle nature, and willingness to lend an ear to anyone’s problems. She will forever hold a place in many hearts. Her friends and family will never forget her and how loving and big hearted she was.
Surviving is her sweetheart husband, Timothy V. Bickmore, her children: Natalie (Brad) Lund; Bryant (Willi) Bickmore; Tyson Bickmore; seven grandchildren. Also, siblings: Leon (Gale) Roche; Saundra Wells; Dutch (Martha) Roche; Kathy (Johnny) Jensen. Six sisters-in-law, 3 brothers-in-law.
Preceded in death by her parents, step father Marion Roche, in-laws Vaughn and Maxine Bickmore. Four brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.
