Jeanne Marie (Laine) Sapia, 75 of Manchester, beloved wife of the late Francis “Frank” Sapia passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Jeanne Marie was born May 12, 1941 in Manchester, daughter of the late Raymond and Cecelia Eva (Apel) Laine and was a lifelong resident. She retired from the Manchester Board of Education after more than 22 years as a Data Manager Assistant.
