Jeanne L.Gotcher, 83, of Cocoa Beach, Fl. passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, November 4, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert W. Gotcher; by their sons and families; Brian C. Gotcher (Linda) of Melbourne Village, Fl and Mark L. Gotcher of Cocoa Beach, Florida. She is also survived by her brother Robert H. Loy of Knoxville, TN and his family She was preceded in death by her Mother and Father, Edna and Henry Loy, and her sister, Karen Loy, all of Knoxville and Powell TN. She was a kind, generous and very loving wife, mother, grandmother of four and great grandmother of three.
