Jeanne K. Wright, age 70 of Nashville, TN passed away August 19, 2017. Mrs. Wright was born May 31, 1947 in Davidson County, TN to the late Rufus Elisah Knight and Elizabeth Coggins Knight.Mrs. Wright graduated from John Overton High School in 1965 and graduated from MTSU with a degree in education. She taught Kindergarten for 34 years, beginning at Shwab Elementary School and retiring from Julia Green Elementary School in 2005. She was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in 1985. She attended First Christian Church and Aspen Grove Christian Church.Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her parents and brother. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert Alan Wright and sister, Mary Beth Phillips.
