Jeanne d’Arc (Soucy) Nadeau, 78, of Plainville, Ct, passed away Sunday January 10, 2016 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. She was the wife of the late Fernand Nadeau.
Mrs. Nadeau was born August 18, 1937 in Baker Brooke, N.B. Canada a daughter of the late Paul and Beatrice (Morneault) Soucy and was a longtime Plainville resident. She was a very charitable woman who donated to several charities and organizations. She was also a foster parent to a child overseas for over 9 years. Jeanne loved playing bingo and was an avid wrestling fan. Mrs.
She leaves her sons, Jeannot Nadeau and his wife Anne of East Hartford and Gilles Nadeau and his wife Therese of Plainville, her grandchildren, Gary Nadeau and his wife Alison, Jeffrey Nadeau, Matthew Nadeau and Gregory Nadeau and her great granddaughter, Alivia Nadeau.
