Jeanette Marie Boling

February 7, 1942 – March 12, 2014

Jeanette Marie Boling of Prattsville, Arkansas was born February 7, 1942 at Atoka, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Leonard Scott and Hazel Adelle Rushing Boling. She was an active member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville where she was a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class, the church choir and was an AWANA worker. She loved helping people in any way that she could and also was a diligent prayer warrior. She was formerly a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock and sang in the choir that was invited to President Clinton’s first inauguration. Jeanette enjoyed traveling and writing poetry, one of which was published.

Ms. Boling died Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Prestonwood Rehabilitation Center in Plano, Texas at the age of 72. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Linton Maxwell; daughter, Tracy Lynn Maxwell.

Survivors include her daughter, Lynette and husband Kevin Barnes of Dallas, Texas; son, Avery Maxwell of Phoenix, Arizona; brothers, Mike and wife Paula Boling of San Jose, California, Richard and wife Karen Boling of Redfield, Arkansas; sisters, Carol and husband Don Works of Keizer, Oregon, Sandra Bowen of Salem, Oregon; grandchildren, Courtney and husband Joel Wesselius, Kelsey Barnes, Jeremiah Barnes, Sebastian Maxwell, Basia Maxwell; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
