Jeanette Marguerite Stevens, 93 of Boca Raton, Florida passed away peacefully July 2nd, 2022.
She was born in Lincoln, Illinois on December 14, 1928 to the late Roy and Helen (Rethaber) Weaver. She is preceded in death by her husband Wilbur C. Stevens Jr. (d.2002). She is survived by four sons Clark, Marty (Debbie), Scott (Karen), Rollin (Mary), and daughter Diane, along with many Grand and Great Grandchildren.
Jeanette attended Lincoln College and graduated Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois in 1950 and went to work in Springfield, Illinois. In 1954 she moved to Morton Grove, Illinois before moving to Boca Raton, Florida in 1968. She retired from Florida Atlantic University as the Supervisor of Records & Registration in 1986.
For the past seven plus years she resided at St Andrews Estates in OakBridge Terrace where she received loving care from their staff.
She lived an unselfish life that should be emulated by all. She will always be with us in our hearts and minds, leaving each of us with our own loving memories.
