Funeral Services for Jeanette Louise Smith Esque, age 70, of Picayune, MS, who passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, will be held Friday, December 10, 2021, at 6:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.Father David Munn will officiate the service.Jeanette was a retired Registered Nurse and a member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church and Resurrection Life Worship Center. She loved to shop, garden, fellowship with her Bible Study Group, travel, and spend time with family and friends. Jeanette will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, James E. Smith and Rose Veronica Murphy Smith; her husband, Charles Esque; and her sister, Elaine “Lisa” Moneymaker.Left to cherish her memory are her children, Lisa (Abraham) Villa, Sean (Stacey) Esque, Charles Henry (Jessica) Esque, Jr. and Angela Dawn (Jeff) Thornhill; nine grandchildren, Veronica, Devin, Sharon, Jaycee, Charles, III, Robert “Bo”, Sierra, Allie, and Cameron “Cami”; five great grandchildren, Madalina, Jeremy, Vincent, Eden, and Ensley; her sisters and brother, Patricia “Fran” (Jim) Alison, James “Jimmy” E. Smith, Jr., Helen (Randy) Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
