Jeannette Grace Beecher O’Brien passed away peacefully on May 23, 2022 at the age of 85.Jeannette lived the majority of her life in Barkhamsted and Winsted, CT.Jeannette worked as a nurse for over 40 years. She graduated from Hartford Hospital School for Nursing and worked at Hartford hospital, Cornell Hospital in Manhattan, Winsted Memorial and Sharon Hospital. Jeannette spent the majority of her nursing years as a head ICU nurse at Winsted Hospital.Jeannette was an avid reader and loved to spend her summers in Misquamicut Beach, Rhode is preceded in death by her parents, William and Grace (Henry) Beecher, sisterCheryl Morris, brother Gary Beecher, son-in-law Roger Malmeth, and relatives in both the O’Brien and Beecher is survived by her daughter Bonnie O’Brien of Monroe, CT, her son and daughter in law, Chuck and Crystal OBrien, her two grandsons Brady (Madison) O’Brien and Connor O’Brien all of Tennessee, and her three best friends, Billy Riiska, Jennifer Flaherty and Lynn family will receive visitors on June 12, 2022 from 1-3 p.m.
