Jean Phyllis Greathouse 73, of Arthurdale passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 16, 1938 in Howesville, daughter of the late George and Goldie (Borgman) Albright. Jean loved her family and enjoyed providing Sunday dinners. She also enjoyed camping and cheering on the Mountaineers. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-six years William “Moody” Greathouse; five children: Cheryl Arbogast; Vicki Thorn and husband Randy; Cathy Zinn and husband Jeff; Mark Greathouse; Michael Greathouse and wife Pam; eleven grandchildren: Toby Hall and wife Theresa; Jenny Garlits and husband Jeromy; Chanda Weaver an husband Pat; Carrie Greathouse and Howard Wilson; Amelia Goldstrom and husband Wes; Stacy Rhodes and husband Drew; Alex Greathouse; Brandon Arbogast; Cheryl Ryan; and Nicole Ryan; three sisters: Rosemary Helmick; Jackie Garletts; and Joyce Ware; five brothers Bobby Albright; Georgie Albright; Gary Albright; Doug Albright; and Ronnie Albright; two sisters-in-law: Brenda Greathouse and Ruby Cale; two brothers-in-law: Ed Greathouse and Alan Greathouse. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law: Daniel Arbogast; brothers-in-law Jack Greathouse and Ron Greathouse sisters-in-law: Virginia Nicholson; June Nicholson; and Nanci Greathouse.
