Mrs. Fowler was born on October 23, 1929 in Buchanan, West Virginia to Craven Pierce Cooper and Thelma Pearl White Cooper.
She is survived buy her husband, Harry Fowler, Southport, N.C.; daughters and sons, in law, Ann and Christopher Seymour, Cleveland; Trent and Bobby Webb, Newport, N.C.; Marti Fowler and Ron Beaver of Southport, N.C.
Mrs. Fowler is also survived by her 5 grandchildren
