Jean Louise Anderson, 82, of Sawyer, Michigan, died Monday, April 18, 2005, at Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph, Michigan. Mrs. Anderson was born June 12, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Carl and Olga (Johnson) Nelson. On June 17, 1944 she married Gilbert C. “Gil” Anderson in Chicago.
Mr. Anderson preceded her in death on August 16, 2002, after 57 years of marriage. She was a member of the Harbert Community Church. Survivors include her children, Linda Anderson (Harry Bonenberger) of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Karen (Richard) Orth of Roselle, Illinois; and Bruce Anderson of Westmont, Illinois; grandchildren Kristin Trippel and Craig Orth; Bruce Jr., Seth and Sarah Anderson; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Abbey and Haley Trippel; Evan and Sophia Anderson; her sister, Carol Skahn and aunt, Isabel Nelson Brown.
