Jaylen T. Ortiz, 6-week-old son of Carlos Ortiz and Tarariste “Tara” Davis, of 1022 S. Main St., died at 12:37 p.m. Sunday (Dec. 10, 2006) in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
His parents survive, along with two sisters, Brionna Ortiz and Aleyah Moore-Davis, both at home; his paternal grandparents, Richard and Leah Diffenderfer of Jones, Mich.; and his maternal grandparents, Henry and Kelly DeJesus of Elkhart.
