Jay Keller Daggett, 65, Walton, died at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2008, in his residence.
Born Aug. 17, 1942, in Logansport, he was the son of Rodney C. and Adabeth J. Keller Daggett, who preceded in death.
Jay was a member of the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Most recently he had been employed in condominium redevelopment in south Florida.
He was a 21-year member of the American Legion Post 418, in Walton. He loved nature, especially birds, and was an avid Purdue basketball fan.
Survivors include one sister, Julie McDonough, Wadsworth, Ill.; and one cousin, Ronald “Jim” Gray, Logansport.
