He is survived by his loving mother, Tammy (Bruce Christensen) Chapman; father, Edward ( Debra Gall) Kaufman; sister, Emily (Ben) Keller; brothers, Jeff Kaufman, Jacob (Aly Corns) Kaufman; niece, Riley; nephew, Caleb; grandmother, Darlene Chapman; grandfather, John Kaufman; aunts; uncles; and cousins. Jason is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bobby Chapman; and grandmother, Francis Kaufman.
