Jaren “J” Anthony Minies, 18, of Elkhart, passed away at Elkhart General Hospital following injuries sustained on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018.
He was born Dec. 1, 1999, in Elkhart, to April S. Canady and Dana L. Minies Sr., who both survive him.
Also, surviving are brothers Isaiah Hill and Dana Minies Jr.; sisters Aubrey and Azhia Minies; grandparents Irnah Greenlee, Dorothy Hill, Brian Canady, Clarabell Irving and Lawrence (Sharon) Brooks; favorite cousin, Journei Barnett; and girlfriend Ashanti Byrd.
