GROVELAND – Janis A. (Bunker) Roberts, age 88, widow of Gardner A. Roberts, Sr., formerly of Groveland, died on September 9, 2015, after a lengthy illness with cancer. She was the daughter of the late Virginia Adaline (Blaisdell) Bunker and Kenneth Elmer Bunker.
She was born in Bradford and attended the Bradford and Haverhill school systems graduating from Haverhill High School in 1945. A long time Groveland resident, she moved to Haverhill in 2003.
Mainly a homemaker, she retired from the former Mitchell’s & Co. and had managed several departments over the years.
