Janice Theresa (Mills) Shively, age 72, of Geneva passed away Friday November 11, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was born July 14, 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Harry and Mary (Algeri) Mills.
Janice enjoyed cooking, golfing and shopping for almost anything. She was an excellent homemaker and also a ballet teacher for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Guy; children, Theresa “Terri” Shively of Geneva and Tony Shively of Chicago; grandchildren, Taylor and Maddi Dolan.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Danny Mills and infant daughter, Marie Theresa Shively.
