Janice Lorraine Lees Packer, 81, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 16, 2018, at her family home in the loving care of her husband, children, and sister, Leona Santivanes.
She was born January 9, 1937, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Emerson Harry and Zonda Mary Lees. She attended school in Idaho Falls. She was on the gymnastic team in her 7th and 8th grade years. She also had a beautiful voice and won several singing competitions.
On August 12, 1954, she married Dio Gene Packer in the Idaho Falls, Idaho LDS Temple and was married over 62 years. They lived in Moreland for a couple of years, then they made their home in Idaho Falls for the remaining 60 years.
