Janice I. Low, 68, of Pendleton, passed away on May 9, 2015 at the St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.

She was born on September 18, 1946 in Anderson, Indiana and resided most of her life in Pendleton. Janice graduated from Anderson High School. She retired from Guide Lamp in 1999 after 23 years of service. She was a member of the UAW Local 663 and St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. She loved to spend time with her family and close friends. She enjoyed family dinners and reunions where she would share stories and play games. Family was very important to her.

Janice is survived by her loving daughters, Melissa (Haney) Day of Greenfield and Donna (Haney) Richards, and husband, Shane of Pendleton; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; former husband, Fred Haney, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Doris (Secrest) Haggard; husband, Marlin Low; and sister, Shirley Simpson.
