Janice Eileen (Gardner) Stetson, age 80, took God’s hand, with her children by her side, on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 and followed Him home. Janice was born in Springfield, MA on August 28, 1934, daughter of the late Percy and Eileen (Mahoney) Gardner. Janice, a lifelong resident of Springfield, leaves five beloved children: Daniel Stetson and his wife Diane of Springfield, Nancy Hand and her husband Kevin of Springfield, Tammy Lamy and her husband Robert of Brimfield, Laurie Stetson of Springfield, Donna Stetson and her husband Jarrett Saunders of Amherst. Janice also leaves her sister, Grace (Gardner) Bartosz of Chicopee and is predeceased by 3 sisters (Millie, Kay, and Alice) and a brother (Eugene).
