Janice Beverly Harrod, age 87 of Newnan passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the Benton House in Newnan, GA surrounded by her family. She was born on November 29, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah to the late Jack & Nellie Ford. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Harrod and sisters, Bernice Ford and Afton Wells.
Janice is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Harrod Rye Tolbert; granddaughter, Kristin Rossey and husband Matthew, granddaughter Shelly Brooks and husband Kyle. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Corey Brooks, Ryan Brooks and Jillian Rossey all of Newnan; son in law, Richard Rye of Sharpsburg, GA., niece, Leslie Wells of Phoenix, AZ and her nephew Michael Wells of San Diego, CA.
