Janette Lucille (Bellomy) Bethea, age 59, of Oxnard, California passed away from this world on March 23, 2010 with her family by her side. Janette was born on December 2, 1950 to Emma Lucille Martinez and James Bellomy.
Janette attended the Oxnard Grade schools and then continued her education, graduating from Port Hueneme High School. Janette studied Piano music at Henson’s Music Store for several years, which was a passion in her life.
Janette lived in Battle Creek, Michigan during her first marriage, and was a quality control inspector for Kellogg’s Cereal plant in Battle Creek, MI. During her second marriage, Janette came back to her home town of Oxnard, Ca, she was employed at Ohmeda, the Boc Group for 12 years as a Quality Control Inspector.
Janette is survived by her husband of 20 years, Jeffrey Bethea who she loved dearly. She is also survived by her mother Emma Martinez, aunt Dorothy Mcgee and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her two very close friends Janie Coleman and Jimmy Grant. Janette is preceded in death by her father John Martinez.
