Janet Sue Williams, nee Simpson, age 52, of Lowell, IN passed away on March 8, 2010.
She lost her battle with breast cancer but fought till the end. She is preceded in death by her parents David and Edwina (Lenkszus) Simpson, father-in-law, Ray Williams and mother-in-law, Gwen Williams. Janet is survived by her wonderful and loving husband Randy, step son Randy Lee, step parents George and Lois Marovich, brothers, Doug (Ann) Simpson, Mike (Cindy) Marovich, and John (Anne) Marovich. She also had two sisters, Jill Marovich Nye and Sharon (Terry) Werner (her angel nurse). Sister-in-law to Rae Ellyn Dye and Tom (Sandi) Williams.
Special friends for many years to Darlene & Herb Guth. Loving Aunt Janet to Rachael and Ian Nye, Erin Browski, Jon Doug Simpson, Kaitlyn, Jessica & Haley Marovich, Jillian and Paige Marovich, Liz, Casey and Tom Williams, Katie and Terry Hans, Meghan, Dan and Patrick Werner, Steve and Doug Dye. Loving great aunt to many others. After her parents death in 1973, the Marovich family welcomed her and Doug into their lives. Janet lived in the South Holland area until 1993, moving to Lowell, IN when she married Randy. They lived a great life with their horses (Ruby, Moonray, FeFe, Doc, Star, Paddy, Rocket, Harley), dogs (Ray, Spike, Jake), cat (Blackie). She enjoyed barrel racing and trail riding and spent many happy times with her animals and the Randys. Janet graduated from Thornwood High School in 1975 and spent her career in banking.
She worked at South Holland Trust & Saving Bank for 24 years, Great Lakes Bank for 4 years, and recently Providence Bank in Munster. She worked mostly in the Commercial Services area and enjoyed her clients and coworkers. Janet wishes to thank the following for all their help during this journey:
