Janet Sue (Shinn) Sisson, 88, of Anderson, passed away on March 29, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on December 5, 1932, in Elwood, the daughter of Vern and Audra (High) Shinn. Janet was a very artistic and creative person who loved to make different gifts for her family and friends. She was most importantly a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Janet is survived by her loving daughters, Dana (Terry) Richardson of Yorktown and Donnellyn Henson of Anderson; grandchildren, Vanessa (Steve) Frist, Amanda Myer, Dallas (Jamie) Richardson, Whitney (James) Bodenhorn, Morgan (Jason) Roberts, and Landin (Nichel) Henson; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Sisson; and sister, Darleen Craib.
