Janet Sue Emmons Weaver, age 74, of Crain Creek Road, Wallingford, went to her Heavenly Home on Sunday, December 20, 2020, from her earthly home surrounded by family.
Born May 14, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Estill and Pauline Fannin Emmons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, John Vanhorn and Hurl Johnson, and one sister-in-law, Mary Emmons.
Janet is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Earnie Ralph Weaver, whom she wed January 30, 1963; two daughters, Theresa Hollan and husband Phillip of Morehead and Donna Jenkins and husband Scott of Crain Creek; one son, Vincent Weaver and wife Francis of Crain Creek; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Other survivors include three sisters, Diana Vanhorn and Jenny Kinsman and husband Eddie, all of Wauseon, Ohio, and Wynonia Johnson of Hillsboro; two brothers, Jimmy Emmons and Roger Emmons, both of Hillsboro, as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Janet was the secretary for Shepherd’s Industries for 29 years.
