Janet Marie Pennington Bensler, 52, of Salisbury, Rowan County, passed away suddenly and went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 18th, 2023.
She was born December 4th, 1970 in Oak Hill, Fayette County, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Howard and Connie Pennington.
She is survived by her sons Steven, Jacob (Ashley), and Nicholas, granddaughter Alessia, sisters Linda and Patti (Shane), brothers Howard and Everett, and many nieces, cousins, and beloved family.
She will be dearly remembered for her cheesy jokes, retelling of childhood stories living in the West Virginia mountains, and her delicious home cooked meals. She was a mom to any child that entered her home and a loving friend to all who knew her.
