RICHMOND- Janet Irene Banning, 81, passed away early Saturday morning July 28, 2018 at her home in Richmond, Indiana. Janet was a daughter of the late William and Esther (Orebaugh) Rodgers, Janet was born in Liberty, Indiana on June 18, 1937. She was a graduate of Kitchel High School in Union County. Janet worked as a beautician and a reflexologist out of her home for many years.
Survivors include 2 children, Dennis Banning of Richmond and Sandy (Dean) Butler of Cambridge City; 5 grandchildren, Jeremy Butler, Richard (Michele) Butler, Amber (Chris) Landis, Elizabeth (Adam) Milton, and Angel (Jerry) Powell; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Janet was preceded in death by an infant twin sister, Janice and 3 brothers.
