A loving wife, mother and grandmother Janet dedicated her life to her family.

Born June 6, 1944 to Clyde and Betty Bingham in Ogden, Utah. Janet attended Ogden City Schools graduating from Ogden High in 1962. After graduation, she lived for a time, with an Aunt in California working at a small department store as a bookkeeper.

On April 17, 1964 Janet married the love of her life, David Manley, in the Salt Lake Temple. They made their home in North Ogden Utah and had two children, Berlinda Manley and Tyrell Manley.

Janet volunteered as a PTA president, Weber County Cone Leader, and Spirit League (Pep Club) Leader at Weber High. Janet worked at Roylance Dairy for several years before beginning work as a teacher’s aide and lunchroom and recess aid for 20+ years at Lomond View Elementary.

She was active in the L.D.S Church and held many positions including Young Women’s Counselor and Camp Director, Relief Society Counselor, Primary Counselor and Ward Librarian.

Janet enjoyed working in her rose garden and spending time camping, hunting and traveling with the husband, children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David and one grandchild Brandy. Janet is survived by two sisters, Colleen Johnson and Barbara (L. D.) Harris; her children Berlinda Manley and Tyrell (Spring) Manley, and four grandchildren, Alysa, Bryan, Cheyenne (Preston), and Aran.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Auberge North Ogden and Alyx from A-1 Hospice for their care and support for the past 5 years. You made difficult years easier.
