Janet Ellen (Marshall) Brown, 68, of Marlborough, MA died Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Newton Wellesley Center for Alzheimer’s Care in Wellesley, MA. She was born on August 2, 1954 here in Marlborough. She was the beloved daughter of Lester Marshall and the late Adele (Gaudette) Marshall. She is survived by her twin daughters, Naomi and Nicole Brown, and her five grandchildren, Callie, Marley, Lillian, Ronald, and Mia. She is also survived by her four siblings, Laurie Buckley, Stephen Marshall, Nancy Marinaro, Ellen Bousquet and her husband Mark Bousquet, and many nieces and nephews.
In her younger years, Janet attended Marlborough schools and then later moved to Cape Cod where she built a life for herself and her twin girls. She spent many years working as a stenographer at the local court house. She also spent her summers working as a seasonal recreational director at a campground doing all the things she loved. She was a very talented woman, a great planner, a lover of art, and very creative. She was an avid painter. She loved to take painting and sewing classes. Janet would sew matching outfits and Halloween costumes for her twin daughters. Janet was a dedicated mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Janet was a very loving person. She enjoyed smiling and laughing with her friends and family. Along her journey of life, Janet had found a strong supportive group of friends in the Marlborough area.
