Janet E. Estes, 76, of Anderson, passed away, February 24, 2018 at the Rawlins House in Pendleton, IN. She was born, December 20, 1941 in Piqua, Ohio and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Janet graduated from Piqua Central High School, and Ball State University. She retired from Delco Remy and Guide Lamp divisions of General Motors. She was a member of the Pendleton Christian Church, and several quilt guilds.
Janet is survived by her husband, Darhl Estes, daughter, Kimberly (Sonya Roberts) Estes, son, James (Niki) Estes, two sisters, Nancy Roof Redman, Jean Maher, grandchildren, Jameson (Kelsi) Estes, Jackson (Becca) Estes, Joe Estes, and several nieces and nephews. She was also survived by her special doggies, Sammie and Mandy. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Minton, and her father, Donald Minton.
