Janet Carolyn Minton, age 70, of Round Rock and formerly of Neches, went to her heavenly home on Monday, the 11th day of May 2020, at Trinity Care Center in Round Rock. She was born on the 3rd day of June 1949, in Palestine, Texas to William Bostick and Janie Neal Bostick.
Janet was a lifelong resident of Anderson County, until her health declined. She retired from Anderson County Sheriffs Office as a dispatcher and from Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a clerk. Janet was a very compassionate and kind person. She loved her family and the Lord. Janet enjoyed sewing and playing video games. Her loving and open-minded personality will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents William and Janie Bostick and husband, William “Billy Boy” Minton.
Janet is survived by her daughter Amy Crawford and husband Jack of Hutto; sister, Verne Dale Bostick; grandchildren, Amber “Seraph” Minton and William Coffin; and great-grandchild, William “Liam” Coffin.
