Janet A. Collins, age 71, of Jonesboro, IN, died Saturday, January 9, 2010, at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN. Mrs.Collins was a Homemaker and was a member of Incarnate Word Church, Kokomo, IN. She loved the Lord and enjoyed drawing, painting, crafts of all kinds, ceramics and being on the computer.
She enjoyed driving the tractor and working for the Carey family. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Stone and the late Lenora (Stradley) Stone. She was born January 30, 1938 at Fairmount, IN .
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kenneth P. Collins, they were married September 1, 1958. Also surviving are four Sons: Richard P. Collins, Jonesboro, IN Gregory M. Collins, Gas City, IN Michael E. (Carrie) Collins, Fairmount, IN Jeffrey P.(Koriene) Collins, Muncie, IN Three Sisters: Mary Pellegrene, Branson, MO Marjorie (Clifford) Clyde, Frankfort, IN Carolyn (Herrald) Saylor, Ashland, KY One Brother: Donald (Marilyn) Stone, Jonesboro, IN 12 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Rose Dancer and Betty Parker.
