Preceded in death by her Husband, John Vega in 1989, her Father in 1995 and Brother, John Petty in 2002, Jane is survived by her Mother, Elaine Hamm; Son, Steve Deshotel (U. S. Navy, Active Duty) and his wife, Heather, who are parents of her grandson, Austin; Daughter, Melody Garza and her husband, George, who are the parents of her three granddaughters, Destanye, Emily, Kylie; Sisters, Sherry Thomas and Brenda Petty; Four Nephews.
