Jane Stuart Fowler, 94, of Milford, beloved wife of the late George Nathan Fowler, passed away peacefully at Milford Hospital, with her loving family by her side, Jan 29, 2015. She was born on Aug 21, 1920 to the late Henry J. and Helen Shanley Stuart in Derby CT. She was a Milford resident most of her life. She graduated from Lauralton Hall in Milford, and was a homemaker and a secretary at the Henry Stuart Co. until her retirement and she was the epitome of caregiver to her entire family.
She is survived by daughters, Jill DeEll, Diane Riso (Tom), Lisa Tierney (Jim), Marta Stanton (Bob). She was very proud of her eleven grandchildren, Jamie DeEll, Jeffrey DeEll, Aimee Riso, Trina Riso Remy, Amanda Riso O’Brien, Megan Tierney Foley, Caitrin Tierney Bourque, James Tierney, George Tierney, Jonathan Stanton and Josh Stanton and nineteen great grandchildren, and cherished her time with all of them. Jane was predeceased by sisters, Margaret Boynton, Elizabeth Maher, Martha Stuart, Louise Smith, Ann Pepe and brother Henry J. Stuart, Jr.
