Jane R. Whitman 86, of Middletown, died on May 20, 2016 at Riverview Medical Center after an extended battle with cancer. She was born on May 10, 1930 to the late Frank and Anna Omelanski in Perth Amboy.
She was co-owner of Dairy Queen in Neptune City prior to working 17 years as a cashier for ShopRite in Middletown.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Woodrow Whitman and her brother
George Omelanski. Jane is survived by her son Wayne Whitman and his wife Patricia of Ocean and her two grandchildren Shaun and Megan Whitman.
