She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Bill Hinson, Jr.
She is survived by her children, John C. (Tami) Dillard, Santa Rosa, FL, David S. (Harriet) Dillard, Suwanee, GA, Alecia J. Dillard, Buford, GA, Donna K. (Gary) Brooks, Gainesville, GA; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mrs. Hinson was born on August 6, 1933 in Cornelia, GA.
She was a 1951 graduate of Demorest High School and was a retired personal banker from Suntrust Bank after 20 years. Mrs. Hinson was a member of Sugar Hill Baptist Church, Sugar Hill, GA and was a member prior at Rehoboth Baptist Church, Tucker, GA.
