Jane Ann Hoover, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away on November 22, 2020, at her home.
Born in Fort Wayne, on October 4, 1947, to the late Charles and Virginia (Meyer) Hetfield. She spent her formative years in Fort Wayne, graduating from Southside High School in 1965. She graduated from IU Med as a Physical Therapist.
She worked as a Physical Therapist at various places through the years. She retired from Miller’s Merry Manor in 2013.
She was an active member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church. She sang in the choir and played the handbells.
Jane is survived by her two children, Lisa Henschen and Lucas Hoover; four grandchildren, Dillon (Anistassia) Henschen, Andrew (Sara) Henschen, William Hoover and Rylee Hoover; a great-grandson, Liam Henschen; with a great-granddaughter expected in January 2021.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Hetfield and Thomas Hetfield.
