We are saddened by the passing of Jan Marie Clemente of 1201 N. 25th Street Clarksburg, WV.
Jan Marie passed away August 30, 2022 in her home after a short fight against cancer. Jan Marie was a mother of three children: daughter, Tia Marie Clemente and grandson, Aden Smith of Clarksburg WV, son, Andrew Harding and family of Waynesburg, PA, and son, William Harding and family of Waynesburg, PA. Jan Marie was the daughter of Joan Clemente Fogg of Taylorstown, PA and the daughter of the late Salvatore P. Clemente, Jr. of Clarksburg, WV. Jan Marie is survived by her siblings, Salvatore A. Clemente and family of Clarksburg WV, Elizabeth Sampson and family of Lumberport, Mark A Clemente of Taylorstown, PA, Annette Clemente-Bruner of Washington, PA and Antoinette Kojsza of Pittsburgh, PA.
Jan Marie was a quiet, graceful spirit, full of love and dedication toward others. Jan Marie was a innovator of humanity, selflessness, grace and forgiveness in our family. Jan Marie touched the hearts of those around her and enriched the lives of those closest to her. Jan Marie showed extraordinary strength caring for our father Salvatore P. Clemente Jr. during his extended illness and an ongoing commitment to his wellbeing till his passing. Jan Marie was dedicated to her family, caring for her grandson Aden and daughter Tia. Jan Marie never met a stranger, her door remained open to friends and family, offering her unconditional love, a warm hug, or a heartfelt message.
Jan Marie will be truly missed, her energy for life, her smile, and the love for her family. Jan Marie was an extraordinary example of what a sister should be.
