WALLINGFORD – James W. Richardson, 82, formally of Clinton, AR, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Regency House Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wallingford.
James was born in Timbo, AR on February 13, 1936 to the late Ellis and Onia (Taylor) Richardson. After graduating high school, James served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force.
