James Wesley Watkins, 54 of Grafton, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Grafton City Hospital. He was born in Morgantown, October 16, 1965. Jim is survived by his parents, Irving “Dale” and Linda Newlon Watkins, of Grafton.
He graduated from Grafton High School Class of 1984 Jim enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his 4 wheeler, was a big fan of WVU and the Pittsburgh Steelers. His greatest joy was telling stories with his family and friends. He was last employed at Superior Fibers in Reedsville.
Jim is survived by two children, James I. Watkins and wife April Clarksburg, Cassandra Watkins and companion Ray, Sandusky, OH, seven grandchildren, Madison, Katlyn, Jason, Hailie, Savana, Jonathan, and Connor, two brothers, Russell “Rusty” Watkins and wife Bobbie Grafton, Kenny Watkins and companion Patsy, Thornton, and by several aunt, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Kevin Roy Watkins.
