James W. Plageman, 92, formerly of Willow Grove, died Wed., Oct. 19th at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was the beloved husband of Louise (Pliscott) Plageman for 55 years. Born in Richmond, VA, he was a son of the late Joseph and Marie (Donahoe) Plageman. Jim served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, after which he worked for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs as a claims examiner. He is survived by son James (Erika) Plageman, Jr. of Douglassville; daughter, Carol (Robert) Leiter of Richlandtown; and grandchildren Michael, Kevin, and Joseph.
