ROUGEMONT Mr. James Cleveland “Tommy” Vaughan, 79, of Rougemont, died on Wednesday, January 10, . Vaughan was born in Durham, the son of the late Edward Cleveland and Molly Vaughan. He owned and operated Vaughan Insulation Company. He was a member of Abundant Life Church in Hillsborough.
