James T. Kostenbader, 76, of Bethlehem, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Lehigh Valley Hospital “” Muhlenberg. He shared over 54 years of loving marriage with his wife, Maryanne (Terry) Kostenbader. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Paul and Helen (Goodyear) Kostenbader. A graduate of Lehigh University, he earned his MBA in Business and Accounting, with high honors.
