James Spencer, (1938 – 2014) of Ft. Wayne, passed away on Tuesday December 30, 2014 at 11:15 pm at Lutheran Hospital. James served in the US Army as a Paratrooper, and was honorably discharged. James also worked as an Allstate agent for thirty years prior to retirement.
James enjoyed the time he was able to spend with his family, in particular his grandchildren. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all that knew him. James is survived by his wife of over forty years,Susan, a son Steven, a step daughter Heidi Schultz all of Ft. Wayne, and a sister Linda Ann Spencer of Florida, 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother David formerly of Albion.
