James Duane Price “Rusty“ 81 passed away with his loving partner, Juanita Phipps, on May 27th, 2009 in an auto accident outside of Blue Ridge, Arizona. He was born October 22nd, 1928 to Fred Price and Nellie Bliss in Loveland, Colorado. Rusty lived life to the fullest and was a man of many passions. He was a war veteran, sailor, rancher, hunter, truck driver, miner, fisherman, husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
James is survived by a daughter, Joni Price of Parker, AZ, a brother, Derrel Price of Big River, CA, a sister, Irel Jean Fernandez of Denver, CO, and a daughter-in-law Nance Price of Littleton, Co, 5 Grandkids, and 3 Great Grandkids.
Preceded in death by M. Ruth Price his daughter, Kathy Mendenhall, and son, Stephen D. Price.
